Claire Winter is a trainer, coach and award winning podcaster. She is passionate about helping creative business owners, entrepreneurs, disruptors and changemakers to amplify their expertise through the power of storytelling so that they become a thought leader and changes lives through the content they share.

She uses a blended coaching and mentoring approach to ignite her client’s creativity so they can share their authentic voice and story. Claire is a regular columnist for the Female CEO magazine and the host of the Creatrix Journey podcast. She is a former journalist and started her career at ITN and has worked in radio, TV, online, and in print. She has also interviewed some amazing people, from Steve Redgrave to Katie Piper. 

Passionate about nature connection, walking, and writing, she also hosts creative writing and walking retreats, workshops, and online courses.

Phoebe has 20 years of experience in presenting and producing content for radio and podcasts. She was Head of Production at Cameo Productions, an audio production house where she created high-quality film-based, audio press kits and technically produced interviews with A-list film clients. 

She also attended junkets and premieres where she interviewed the stars themselves, such as Keanu Reeves, Cate Blanchett and Jack Black to name a few. She was also a producer and presenter at Planet Rock, a breakfast show host on ARA City Radio in Luxembourg and she started her radio career at Total Rock. Obsessed by sound she is also training to be a gong practitioner and sound healer.
